So this is a pretty nice system. There are a couple of things I don't like which I will discuss first. The bins are a specific size to fit this rack. Bins from other companies like Hart will not fit. They are to tall. Once you have the bins loaded up, the rack sag just a little which makes it harder to slide the bins out as there is less clearance then when they are empty and the rack isn't bowing. The bins themselves though very strong are not well designed. The bottom inside is not flat and kinda makes it a pain to neatly stack things like dvd's/Blu Rays. I ordered 4 more bins separately from this order and they were never shipped. Order was just cancelled so I am trying again. The good. None of these things are deal breakers. It's the nature for plastics to sag, I can deal with the non flat bin bottoms and the tops do snap on tight. Once together the system is pretty solid and looks great.

I like these for my basement storage. So far I got 2 racks and plan on getting more. The bins are very sturdy and fit all of my seasonal decorations.

Very close for with the bins. We have the other black and yellow branded totes, and they clearly state these won't fit them. They won't. We listened and got the correct totes and they are a good fit and look great.

Shelf is as described and was easy to assemble. It feels pretty durable and well made. I do wish there was a bit more height between shelves, as overfilled boxes with lifted lids can be hard to pull out. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and functionality.

Do not purchase. The bins arrived cracked, and the shelves do not support the weight they claim to handle. Even with light loads, the shelves begin to bend inward. The shelves also do not fit standard 27-gallon yellow-lid storage bins. They only fit the company’s own bins, which are overpriced, low quality, and inconvenient to replace. After about a year of normal use, the poles on my shelves began to bend, creating a serious safety hazard. I reached out to the company for support, and they did not offer any solutions or assistance. This product is overpriced for the quality, especially when better and more durable options are available on the market. I would not recommend buying this.

Very nice unit for my garage. Bins have snap lids and are very spacious.

Have had this for a little while now. The bins are fine. Large, locking lids, stacking, etc. The rack, however, is falling apart and will probably collapse any day. We don't have anything heavy up top and the slots on the middle and lower shelf that the legs go through are snapped and the whole thing has a very obvious lean to it.
