These are great to have at work as an alternative to tea/coffee. One sachet to a mugful of water is plenty and it tastes pretty good, minimal calories and easy to prepare.They also work well in dressings/sauces in a pinchThey have a pretty long shelf life too so I'm quite happy with that

Delicious soup. Arrived on 21/5/26. However the “best before” date is 5/7/26 which leaves just over 6 weeks to consume 60 sachets.

This is a favourite in my house! Yes I do feel bad about the plastic, but it’s a convenient tasty thing, so I find other ways to make up for it.The flavour is perfectly balanced. We add spicy sichimi or chilli flakes but nothing else needed! The taste is bang on.Very easy to use on the go as well. I often take a pouch in my bag and make a cup at work on a cold day! It’s very good quality and very affordable considering how much a miso soup costs in Itsu! We go through a lot of these especially during the winter months. We go from basic quick just add hot water to add a boiled egg and tofu and make it fancy. It’s fantastic!

I love these little miso sachets. They are perfect for work and for my long walks. I usually have a pot of rice noodles that I add a sachet of this miso paste and hot water to. It’s easy to spice it up by adding some ginger and/ or chilli (my favourite is to add a sprinkling of Schichimi Japanese 7 spice). I use these miso sachets when cooking stir fries too (along with the usual soy sauce and garlic and ginger etc), I find it adds a little more complexity and authenticity to the flavour. I have used them on salad too to make an Asian style salad. Sometimes I just have them in a mug with hot water to make a yummy warming drink.I think these little sachets provide excellent value and convenience and I can’t rate them highly enough.
