Working Hands is the best hand cream I've ever used. My hands get extremely dried out; to the point where they are scaly, itchy and red, before using this cream I could never use the thumb scanner on my phone due to the state of my hands! My laboratory job doesn't help, where I'm constantly wet-wiping my hands, which removes the natural oils in skin, however using this only twice a day (before starting work & before bed), my hands are the best they've ever been, they actually feel 'normal' again & I can grip things that used to slip out of my hands, like metallic tools in work etc (this cream dries quickly and is not greasy, it actually gives you grip that lasts, hard to explain but it's like putting invisible gloves on). You don't need much of this so the tub will last a long time (I'm estimating a good few months), seriously - just buy it, you won't regret it, I'm using this until I die; at which point I'll request my entire body gets moisturised in this stuff before sending me on my fiery journey to the eternal unknown; should make the trip a lot smoother & softer.

Love this product and it really works on the hard dry skin on my hands. Every night I now sit and rub the hand cream in before bed and when I wake the next day my hands are nice and soft ready for another day of work. I swear by this product to the point its now on subscription so I will not run out and end up with tough leathery hands that dry and crack and cause open sores and pain.

This stuff never fails on dry cracked skin. I sometimes suffer from very dry skin on my hands due to hard work and weather changes. Sometimes i can be so bad that it cracks. At those times i always reach for this hand cream. A little goes along way so you only need the smallest amount. It absorbs very well and being fragrant free it doesn’t irritate the skin. I find for the best results use at bed time and within 1-2 days you will notice a difference. Easy to use for great results

This is a lovely formula, absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy residue so I’m able to go about my day as soon as I’ve put it on. I suffer with contact allergies and this has given me absolutely no issues as I try to tackle my dry, cracked hands after a lot of disinfecting and cleaning with a sickness bug in the house. It hasn’t made an immediate difference visibly, but my cracks are very deep and this does ease the discomfort and I can feel it getting better all the time. A little goes a long way so I think my tube will last a while. This is also an excellent price on Amazon, as I had seen it while browsing in stores for almost double the price!

This is by far the best hand cream for very sore/cracked hands. It’s v rare for me to write a review but wanted to let you know that this actually works! My hands were so sore from gardening and doing stuff in the house, and this cream worked in just a couple of days. Yes it may be a bit more expensive than other brands. But it’s well worth the money - and a little goes a long way.

I've used it all winter and it was the first time since i remember that my hand didn't crack and bleed. Ive tried so many creams and nothing has wrked, even special eczema creams. Every winter, because of cold, my skin would crack and bleed. Not this time. This has no fancy box or particularly pleasant smell, bit works miracles. Wothr the price

This is a miracle cream, my hands were so sore and after 1 application I was amazed by the results and almost pain free after 1 day my hands are back to normal. I wouldn't waste money on alternatives now its worth every penny.

Have used O'Keeffe's before in the round tub and it is by far the best hand cream out there. It's a bit thick and a bit greasey at first but it absorbs into the skin perfectly restoring skin heath, my dry cracked hands are so soft after using this. It can sting a bit if hands are severely cracked but it is worth it as it heals them so well. I purchased the squeezed bottle to put in my handbag for convenience over having to undo the round tubs of this cream and it is far easier to have the squeezey tube, same quality but easier to use. Totally recommend.

Dopo aver provato un infinito numero di prodotti per la cura delle mani, (soffro di ragadi) per cui con il freddo la situazione diventa difficile, spaccature praticamente su tutte le dita. Leggendo le varie recensioni, mi sono convinto all'acquisto , come sempre con Prime è arrivata in un giorno, appena arrivata era sabato, ho iniziato ad usarla, e già dal lunedì le spaccature avevano smesso di sanguinare e di procurarmi dolori. Prodotto veramente valido.

Excellent hand cream. Not sticky, gets absorbed quickly and works very well for dry hands. Need to have on hand for dry hands.
