Good for backbends
I bought it master my backbends and it has been of great help . I initially thought it wouldn't hold my weight but it has been good so far.

Good yoga tool
I used to do anti gravity yoga but no longer live near a practitioner. I miss the hammock so got this to try instead. It’s not as good as a full hammock but a decent substitute that allows you to do a lot of stretches.

Great for exercising
This item is good quality and can easily be adjusted to suit all heights. Once in place it does not come away from door.

Good idea but destroyed my doors
The idea of this equpiment is noy bad but it ruined my doors frame so I have returned it. I need to renovate my doors now.

Good for basic stretching
I was super excited about this product after reading the reviews! All the places that had aerial yoga near my place closed down, so I thought I would finally be able to use this to do some of the moves … I must admit that it is very nicely done and seems strong but it will only allow you to do simple movements. I am returning it.
