Can i use this on a polished concrete floor

It's suitable for stone but I don't know about concrete. You could try a small patch and see what the results are or contact the manufacturer, which is what I would do.

Is this polish suitable for limestone floors

“It will depend on whether the Limestone has already been sealed. If sealed, then yes Bona Stone Tile and Laminate Polish is a suitable product, if unsealed, then no you need a specialist limestone sealant.”
