The size is large. Which is what I needed to handle my Skyrizi cartridges. It’s actually a little bit bigger than I needed since I only use one cartridge every two months. Looks like this will maybe handle two years worth of empty cartridges. It is simple enough and safe enough to use. You put it in and it drops the cartridge into the box while closing up the top at the same time. The plastic top easily snapped into place making assembly a snap. Decent value for the money compared to other comparable or smaller models. I would recommend if you have a larger disposable cartridge and you don’t have to empty often.

Quality made. Great size for a 3 month supply of injector pens - or much more if you use just needles. i am definitely re-ordering this! It's a little large but worth it. At 12 inches wide, you'll need some creative thinking on storage space. It's only 2 inches wide, so it has a slim profile, if you want to rotate it. The 10 inch height makes it easy to drop off old pens/needles. It also has lockdown mode when you are ready for safe disposal. I am definitely on Amazon's sub list for this one!

Very good sharps containers. Large size.very easy to snap the top on and use. Safety lid that swings open for needle disposal then closes to keep them secure. Lid locks for disposal. Very good value for money.
