It fit my phone perfectly but doesn't hold a charge very long and didn't make my phone work better. The problem must be with the phone itself, it is very old.

Battery works fine

I am not pleased with the Soseieiu battery that I recently purchased for my Galaxy J3. Not only is it not holding a charge (it is 100% drained within 10-12 hours with no usage) but there is no access to the usual page for returns. All I want is to exchange this faulty battery for one that actually works as it's supposed to! Or barring that, a straightforward return of the purchase amount.
