7-year-old can't put it down
This book may be too good at capturing kids' attention, if you know what I mean. He's obsessing about all the Pokémon and nearly memorizing these pages, and it's hard to get his attention for anything else. This isn't a serious complaint, just know what you're getting yourself into. The quality of the paper and printing is excellent; I think it will last a long time before he wears out the book. By then, there will be a next edition he'll be begging for.

Love how informative this book is
It gives a brief description of each Pokemon from the earlier to newer generations, including gigantamax versions. I enjoy reading it before I go to sleep. It’s about 500 pages long.

Spiral bound is the way to go!!
I wanted to share a review for the spiral bound version of this book. I decided to order the spiral version since so many reviews stated the normal bound books had pages falling out of them. The spiral book has been great. One thing to note is that the pages are very thin; not typical story book paper but thin and more like a text book. I’ve had to really teach my kids to be gentle with the pages. The other thing to note is that the spiral will eventually unwind out of the pages a little but it’s easy to spin the spiral back up where it needs to be. And then as all the other reviews have mentioned, it has an index of all the names of the Pokémon, but does not tell you what page they are on which is a bit annoying. The Pokémon are at least in alphabetical order which is helpful. Overall, we like this book a lot and I do recommend the spiral version!

It is a cool booooooook!!!!!!!
My 10-year-old says, "It has 1008 pokemon out of 1025 so the last 17 pokemon are not revealed because they are in the pokemon scarlet and violet DLC. It has cool facts like for Metagross it says, 'Because the magnetic powers of these pokemon get stronger in freezing temperatures, Metagross living on snowy mountains are full of energy.' I did not know that before! I also like to draw pokemon, so the book helps me draw them. I love this book."

Amazing.
My 11yr old son is a huge Pokémon fan and he wanted this book because it has his favorite region in it, The Paldea Region. The only two things that is a drawback is that it doesn’t have the DLC Pokémon in it like Ogerpon and Terapagos, and it doesn’t show the regions the Pokémon live in. But it’s still an awesome book and would definitely recommend it.
