Love this product. I’ve got sensitive skin and haven’t got any negative reactions. This is my third battle.

Ordered my second bottle, the first lasted 3 months. I use it in the morning after cleansing, toner & BHA, followed up with spf moisture. I'm 48f w/oily, acne prone skin & this routine is giving real results. I'm going days w/out makeup and haven't felt confidant enough to do that in a long time. I also started tretinoin in February but I use that at night after toner. I eased into the tret with minimal irritation. I think that's because I had used Paula's Choice Retinol at night for years prior but now need something stronger due to hormonal changes. Sorry for the novel. I've struggled but have found Paula's Choice skincare products really helpful & hope this will help someone else;)

Oh my god my skin looks so radiant when I use this serum. This is quality.

I discovered this product through a passioned skin product dentist. I haven’t tried any vitamin C product before this because I have sensitive skin. I heard this is very mild and skin doesn’t have any tingling feeling so I decided to give a try. My main goal is to lighten the sun spots on my face especially there’s another spot starts showing on my cheek. I tried many products before and none of those worked for me. I am using this with their their vitamin C Boost. I’m really surprised to notice the color of my sun spots lightened in less than a week. Also my face has more even tone and starts glowing. All these happened in less than a week using both products together. None of these is obvious to other people except myself. But the difference is when I put on primer, my skin looks so much better now versus before I really need to put on more primer. Im very happy with the result so far except one thing I have to complain is the scent of the lotion. It smells awful. However once the lotion applied onto my face, the smell is gone pretty quickly. But still I don’t know why the smell is so unpleasant. That’s the reason I am giving a four star, without this issue, this is a 5 star skin product for me.

I’ve used Paula’s Choice Vitamin C serum many times and always purchased it from Sephora with no issues. This was my first time buying it from Amazon, and the product smelled very strong and unpleasant, almost like gasoline or harsh chemicals, which is not normal. When I applied it, it slightly burned my skin, something that has never happened before. I’m not sure if it was expired or improperly stored, but I won’t be buying face products from Amazon again and will stick to Sephora or buying directly from the brand.

I only gave this 3 stars because while my skin didn’t improve, it didn’t get worse. I was using a different brand that I got good results from. I like that it wasn’t too tacky, the good news is that it doesn’t pill. It went on smoothly which is important if you are layering your products.

You can definitely see a difference. I don’t get any irritation and I have eczema on my face. I always recommend anything from Paula’s choice.
