This is a perfect product for Taom chalk, it makes handling the chalk much more natural. With the wider base i feel as if i have more control when applying the chalk. Chalk sits nice and secure with the set screw and it will not fall out. Great build quality, easy open and close, looks really good and solid. Though it is true the chalk can slide on sloped surfaces, it’s easy to address. I put some adhesive backed black foam and it doesn’t budge. Purchased this for my other Taom pieces in my case.

This chalk holder is the perfect fit, and looks great. My only complaint is the bottom piece that holds the chalk is smooth, and easy to slip out of the hand. Would have much preferred the ridged part on the bottom rather than the removable top piece.

It looks great and is very well made. Just put the chalk in turn the screw to insure it doesn't come out. It’s good for carrying around in your bag or in your pocket. One problem I see is that it sort of scratches my table so I stuck a round floor protector on it and it’s great.

Awesome Holder. I love it, I just got a second one. But there is one thing I would like. If it came with a rubber bottom cap or something. It constantly slips out of my hand and onto the floor.

Unique chalk holder. I love the K since my name starts with a K. Only downside is that you have to make sure it doesn’t roll off the table lol. Pretty sturdy item.
