Use these if you want to improve your mood and sleep!!
I highly recommend these… I started taking these during a chaotic time in my life and needed something to help reduce my stress and improve my sleep! They did just that! After consistently taking them for 3 weeks, my sleep had massively improved and I felt a lot calmer and happier in my day to day life and could deal with the chaos! The best part is that they are 100% natural and I know I am not putting any rubbish or chemicals into my body! I will definitely continue to use these going forward! Highly recommend!!

Interesting product
Now these are interesting - these claim to improve mood, reduce stress and aid sleep. These 60 tablets contain a variety of all natural ingredients so even if you’re a little hesitant in taking these you can relax, safe in the knowledge they are hundred percent natural ingredients such as almonds, Cumin seeds, flaxseed, peanuts, sunflower seeds, walnuts. The bggest issue is how do I measure the effectiveness of this product? If I am feeling particularly stressfree, or in a particularly good mood, how do I know that any improvement is down to these tablets and not simply attribute it to a good nights sleep the night before? And if I have an exceptionally good night sleep, how do I know that it’s not a result of a reduced intake of alcohol or caffeine etc? The tablets themselves are tasteless, orderless and easy to swallow. (They are fairly big) I’m not quite convinced at this stage whether they are actually boosting my mental health but they certainly don’t appear to do any harm. The guidance suggest taking two tablets a day so a 60 tablet bottle is only going to last you one calendar month, so at £22.49 and they’re not the cheapest things so I’m not personally convinced I would spend that amount on something maybe nothing more than a placebo.

Didn’t work for me
I was prescribed a maximum dose of Mirtazapine three years ago for depression and poor sleeping habits. They worked for a while but I decided I didn’t want to stick with them long-term as that isn’t healthy. I came off them a few months ago, and predictably, my sleep time suffered. I was therefore very keen for these to work effectively. Naturally they don’t work: the major pharmaceutical companies put millions, or even billions, into R&D on their products and the thought that a few homespun ingredients can do the same job is frankly unlikely. Having said that, they MAY work for people with lesser sleep problems, or issues with anxiety but in any event, they are extremely expensive.

No more anxiety..
As someone who has used and loved the likes of the immune booster, anti inflammatory and mama root from this company, I am so glad I have now discovered the anti-anxiety. After only 2 weeks of using this product I have noticed a change in my mood, energy and better sleep! For anyone who finds pills hard to swallow, you can open the shell and add the product into smoothies or juices. Also from a price point of view, you get 60 capsules which is really good value for money!

Did nothing for me
These did nothing for me and they actually left a horrible aftertaste. After about 20 minutes of taking them I could taste something horrible.

Some uncertainties - but packed full of natural, good ingredients - check possible allergies
I’m a bit confused. With two things on this really – around the difference on the details given in the manufacturers information and what is on the bottle. Item information online says one of its key ingredients is Ashwagandha. On the bottle label no sign of this. I can only assume it’s a printing error on the bottles labelling. But a pretty big ‘faux pas’. The second bit of confusion is the dosage. On one it suggests take two daily (ie suggesting all at once) preferably with meals. The other, ‘Take two (2) capsules daily: one (1) in the morning and one (1) in the evening’ , (no mention of with meals). Unfortunately these detract from the product itself which as long as you don’t have a nut allergy or an allergy to some of the other ingredients (DO CHECK) seems a pretty natural solution to the anxiety / sleep dilemma packed with a wealth of good stuff. I really would like to be able to recommend these as a natural response always seems preferable to medical if possible. But I prefer consistency (or an explanation) across information and this has left me a bit unsure.

Daily supplement to help reduce anxiety
These capsules are supposed to help reduce anxiety and help with sleep. The main ingredient is Ashwagandha (or more commonly Winter Cherry) an evergreen shrub in the Solanaceae or nightshade family that grows in India, the Middle East, and parts of Africa. I did a bit of research into it and found that Ashwagandha appears to help control mediators of stress, including heat shock proteins (Hsp70), cortisol, and stress-activated c-Jun N-terminal protein kinase (JNK-1). It also reduces the activity of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, a system in your body that regulates the stress response. All that sounds quite technical and you are supposed to take it for 8 weeks before a noticeable difference is detected. The recommended daily dosage is 2 capsules and there are 60 in the container, therefore just a month's supply. At a cost of nearly £23 for the tub, I am not sure that I'll carry on with it for more than a month, but will be interested to see whether it helps. There are also traces of other vitamins and minerals in the capsules, and it contains nuts. However, they are vegan and apparently 100% natural.
