Fits mini Doxie perfect. Labels are a little longer for the velcro, but goes on other vest perfect.

BUCKLE is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO OPEN AND CLOSE
I liked everything about this dog harness and leash, however I had to return it because the buckle is extremely difficult for me to open and close. Maybe a young person would not find it so difficult, but I'm a senior, and unable to do it.
