In the past I have spent an obscene amount of money on underwear. Trying everything from jocks to boxers and everything in between. There are some great companies out there that do a pretty good job. SAXX is excellent for keeping your junk off your thighs, Obviously offers larger pouches (not as large as Real Men tho) but tend to push everything forward. Ascetically pleasing but not as comfortable in my opinion as you’re still a bit bunched up. As for sleeping, none of them stayed in place come morning. Until these! The material is soft, cool to the touch and stretches effortlessly. Offering cooling support for the testicles yet allowing the rest of you to hang freely. The one downside (if you can call it a downside) is wearing them with sweat pants or basketball shorts as they do nothing to conceal you. But I suspect that is a complaint many of us can live with. So to wrap things up, I love these Real Men underwear! By far the most comfortable underwear I have ever owned!

If you do anything like running, hiking, yoga, or anything where you are wearing any kind of compression pants or shorts, you will want to buy these! I have purchased some of the compression pants to start, and I have eventually replaced all of my underwear exclusively to the Real Men brand. The amount of comfort and support that these have to offer is rather spectacular if I'm honest. Possibly the best analogy that I could make for these things is that I would say they are the male version of what a Sports Bra is for women. They keep everything where it needs to be. No smashing, or feeling of being uncomfortable due to normal compression pants. Also, pouch size does matter. I am about average endowment, and I have ordered one of each pouch size to find out which fits best. A = Too small, though it does offer some room. B = Perfect size for the shorts C = Perfect size for the compression pants D = Too big, though they still keep everything where it needs to be I have tried to order some of the B pouch for the compression pants, and for whatever reason, they just don't stay in place like the shorts do, so I have upgraded to the C pouch. Final note is, I have also purchased a pack of shorts with the "red" shorts, but they look pink in person. Color does not bother me though as they still function and feel the same. It is almost a shame that they don't offer that color in the compression pants, because I would still wear those just so I have more color variety than just black, gray, and blue. The pouch is probably one of the best designs as far as actually containing your package. I think the area from pouch to waistband is too much so it’s harder to pull them up to where the pouch actually separates your legs from package completely, the 3” rise version seems better that way. Other brands have to little rear material for me and pulls down to show crack every time you bend. Material is durable, well made, very breathable nylon type material, not cotton like at all. The pouch size is a bit personal desire as for average young people the A is fine especially if you’re a grower, B gives a more free feeling that is kinda nice. C and D are really more for enlarged testicles I think as the pouch is way too roomy. If you plan on anyone seeing you in these you don’t want a large pouch that looks empty lol. As far as getting excited while wearing these, yes a larger pouch gives more room but you probably would rather have elephant trunk underwear if that concerns you and have a trunk that shows more than grows, growers will have their trunk not be able to stay in those as you sit and stand and move. This type of pouch is really good for holding your stuff seperate and giving some room unlike regular boxer briefs. Definitely helps keep from having cramped sweaty area that even boxers can’t stop since these keep everything in place standing sitting moving or whatever.

So I run super hot and am a swamp factory. I also live in the Deep South and it summer. I sort of have permanent jock itch in the summer it sucks. But not with these holy smokes. The wicking is great, the support is great, and I like the shorter ones. I’ve tried everything in the summer these are the best. Will buy more

Super comfortable, fit snug but not too snug, pouch makes it so I can have the feel of a brief but not be so restrained all day, the pouch is key honestly. Haven’t owned a pair of briefs in 3 years this is a game changer! Pouch size D could be a little longer 1-2” to not have that under curl effect, would make it even more comfortable, width of pouch is good, material is good, lightweight, and seems durable. I will be buying more!

If you're larger in the waist and hope these are going to be the answer to your waist band rolling, keep scrolling cause these aren't not them. Literally put them on and within ten minutes they had already rolled. Incredibly disappointing. They're comfortable in other regards.

The Aero Flex pouch is great. Fabric is very comfortable. Most supporting/separating men’s underwear are okay for standing or sitting during the day, but most underwear fails while lying down at night. These RM custom pouch underwear are great during the day AND night. No more struggling to get comfortable. The pouch support is very comfortable around the clock and the RM Aero flex design is the best product I have tried. I just purchase 9 more pairs to keep me comfortable every day. Great product for us old guys fighting gravity.

a little tight, size chart is off. go 1 size up from what you think you need. but holds everything in place. great for sports or if you want it show off the front in dress pants!

J'apprécie également la longueur des jambes, qui restent bien en place sans remonter. C'est un point important pour moi et cela améliore nettement le maintien général. Le tissu est agréable, respirant et adapté à une utilisation quotidienne comme pour des activités plus dynamiques. Le rendu sous un pantalon reste naturel malgré une vraie poche anatomique, ce qui est appréciable. À titre personnel, j'aimerais simplement un effet "lift" un peu plus marqué, comme sur certains modèles spécialisés, mais c'est vraiment un détail au regard du confort global. Si vous recherchez un boxer offrant un véritable espace anatomique, une bonne stabilité et un excellent confort, je recommande sans hésiter ce modèle.

Der Schnitt ist perfekt, der Beutel Größe D ist ideal, um auch mal eine Erektion zu verstecken, Stoff fühlt sich angenehm an und es wirkt echt kühlend. In Bewegung merkt man noch mehr von der kühlenden Wirkung. Der Beutel ist nach vorne gerichtet, es fühlt sich an, als würde man keine Hose tragen, die natürliche Position wird beibehalten. Es drückt und zwickt nichts! Ohne weitere Hose drüber kann man aber nicht raus 😊 der Beutel ist einfach zu prominent! Größe M sitzt bei mir gut, bin 182cm 67kg 9% Körperfett, ich würde sagen, dass man eine leichte Kompression spürt. Der Eisseide-Stoff ist scheinbar empfindlich, in der Verpackung waren schon Fehler im Stoff, wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht.
