I’ve been using this creatine for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly very impressed with the results. The powder is very fine and mixes easily with water or any drink without leaving clumps, which is a huge plus. Since it’s unflavored, I can add it to my protein shakes or even juice without affecting the taste at all. In terms of performance, I’ve noticed a clear improvement in my strength and endurance during workouts. I feel like I can push out a few extra reps, and my recovery between sets has definitely improved. After consistent use, my muscles feel fuller and more defined as well. Another thing I like is the quality and value—80 servings at this price is a great deal. It feels like a clean and reliable product with no unnecessary additives. Overall, this is a solid creatine monohydrate that delivers exactly what it promises. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their performance, strength, and recovery.

Creatine is one of the most widely discussed supplements out there, so there’s not much you can’t already find online. But when it comes to Muscletech’s creatine specifically, I can confidently say that after nearly 20 years of using it, it has consistently given me that extra boost—whether in the gym or during any physical activity. If you’ve never taken creatine before, I highly recommend learning how it works before diving in. Understanding the process your body goes through to use creatine effectively makes a big difference. It’s not a magic powder that instantly transforms you, but it will support your progress and help you move toward your goals. Think of your fitness journey as a river you need to cross—this isn’t a bridge that carries you over; it’s an inflatable raft that helps you get across more easily. You still have to paddle. Follow the directions on the label, but also listen to your body. Everyone responds differently, and knowing how creatine works will help you decide if it’s right for you. This version is tasteless, dissolves well in water, and doesn’t clump or leave any odd smell. My routine is simple: I fill an empty Vitamin Water bottle almost to the top, add a scoop, shake it by hand, and drink it. Then I follow up with another 8 ounces of water. Staying hydrated is essential—creatine works best when your body has plenty of water to use. And no, soda doesn’t count. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects, and the powder has always mixed smoothly for me. I recommend this product because of the type of creatine it uses—yes, there are several—and because it aligns well with my personal fitness goals. As always, if you have any medical conditions, check with a healthcare professional before starting any nutritional supplement.

I’ve been using this creatine for over a year, and it has become a staple in my daily routine.🏋🏽‍♀️ It has helped me improve my strength, train harder, recover faster, and feel more energized both during my workouts and throughout the day. It mixes well, has no strong taste, and the quality has been consistently excellent. If you’re looking for a reliable creatine to support your performance, strength, and muscle-building goals, I highly recommend this one. It’s absolutely worth it!❤️‍🔥

Prefect for the price this is the mid range for the price you get really good quality while still not breaking the bank

Excellent product. Creatine dissolves easily, has good quality and I have noticed good results by including it in my training routine. I recommend it for those looking for a reliable and easy-to-take creatine.

Review: I’ve been using MuscleTech Platinum 100% Creatine Monohydrate for several weeks now and I’m impressed. It’s a pure creatine monohydrate powder (micronized) that mixes easily (no weird taste or clumps) and is unflavoured, which I like since I just stir it into water or my post-workout shake. Here’s what works for me: Each serving provides about 5 g of creatine monohydrate in some versions, which is in line with common effective dosages. It’s HPLC-tested, third-party verified, giving me more confidence in purity and quality. I noticed a difference in my workouts: more strength, a bit more ease pushing through reps, and slightly better recovery the day after heavy lifting. The unflavoured format is nice because I can mix it with whatever I already take (protein shake, smoothie, etc) without messing up the flavour. Things to keep in mind: As with any creatine supplement: stay hydrated. Creatine draws water into muscle cells, so you’ll want to drink plenty of water. Some product directions specifically mention maintaining adequate hydration. While I felt benefits, creatine doesn’t make magic happen if training and nutrition aren’t in place. You still need a good workout plan and diet. Pricing can vary by region, so depending on where you buy it, it might cost more or less. Some versions list 3 g per serving instead of 5 g (depending on region/variant). Final verdict: If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality creatine monohydrate supplement from a reputable brand, MuscleTech’s Platinum 100% Creatine is a very good choice. Clean formula, no fillers, flexible use, and it seems to deliver. I’d recommend it if you’re serious about strength training and want to add creatine to your routine.
