US settings
This is a lovely laptop and easy to use. However I have had two issues1. The settings are US settings and I have been unable to change them2. The laptop is connected to another email so keep getting weird things pop up on my windows.I didn't realised that this item wasn't new but reconditioned.

Laptop
There seems to be the norm of certain priced laptops. For 16GB 1TB SSD you are paying for a familiar make, usually £600 or more, But then there are a series of cheaper models. I sent one laptop back, failed after 3 months FUj something make. This laptop looks the same despite it being a I Style. Everything is the same, so hope it doesn't go the same way. It feels a good one, fast graphics good. Sound is on a tiny 1 speaker mono, this range is always like that, phones or hi fi ill sound great. My Dell has brilliant speakers in it, but graphics not good. To get both you are talking more expensive computers. So for this Laptop is great but not for sound quality on its own speakers. I hope it lasts me years this time.

Feels like a repurchased machine not a new one
Liked speed of processing.Disliked camera quality - HD camera but too bright and looks odd in virtual meetings. Can't amend computer name (followed online instructions and something in how originally set up means I can't do this which makes me concerned that my details can be accessed)
