Hi this is a bit of a silly question but is this a dark soy or a light as it doesn't mention anywhere that it's dark but looks dark, many thanks.

Lee Kum Kee make a dark soy sauce as well as this one. It’s a rich flavour and dark in colour so probably wouldn’t work so well as a light soy sauce substitute.
