Great cooling, none of the fundamental flaws found in many mini pc’s. Runs cool and quiet with amazing performance. Only wish I had ordered max RAM and maybe a bigger ssd. I work on many customer computers and this one stands out as one of the best.

So far so good. Quick and reliable. I boot from a thumb drive etc and for my purposes it is perfect

One star off for lack of peripherals and windows memory issues. I'm writing this review on this computer right now! Replaced my bulky loud desktop work pc. Wish it had more peripherals. Like everyone thinks you need usb and wifi everything but that's not the case for mulitmonitor work. Very powerful and performs crazy good for the money. Super quiet. LIke zero noise.

If you are searching cpu performance measures do NOT google the ryzen 7 255 as its a more powerful laptop cpu than the H 255 which is a desktop cpu. would like the H to be added to the marketing for clarification. other than that the computer is running fine a week in so far edit: one month in and the included nvme has stopped working. there's a reason these are cheap.

Works well, but THE DISPLAY PORT DOES NOT WORK WITH A DISPLAY PORT TO HDMI CABLE --- it will work with a regular DP cable, but DP to HDMI does not work. This information is not included anywhere in the listing. I contacted support about it several days ago and still haven't heard back, I had to find this information on a 3rd party forum.

I absolutely love my new computer .... I do a lot of photo/video editing ... this baby does the same tasks as my old system, but literally 4-5 times faster ... so far I'm extremely pleased with the quality & performance ... the small size also makes it an easy travel partner

This is a totally awesome computer It is taking me some time in order to get the things right. I have upgraded the memory in the computer as far as the hard drive from one terabyte to eight terabytes. It is super fast loading up and I have absolutely no complaint It is an absolute powerhouse I would never have expected that it would be such an awesome machine. Also it's a huge space saver and we all need space these days. It was easy to upgrade the NVMe hard drives You just simply have to clone the one that you want and while you do that if you're going through Windows make sure that you turn off a bit locker and this should give you no trouble to install the new NVMe drive. Of course if you decide to use Linux you won't have any trouble with this but I would still turn off the BitLocker just in case just to bypass what they may feel is a security issue.

Awesome so far (2 weeks in) works well. No issues yet. Usage has not reached its peak year so can’t comment on peak performance. Overall a good mini PC.
