Not that polished
I have reservations on this item. It does not want to cling to my dashboard. Maybe because someone may have used silicone based products on the dashboard?

An excellent product
Well, by now you are no doubt wondering if that green stuff really sticks. Doesn't it just! I plan to use the tether to attach the phone to the side of either/both the Laptop and Main monitor as there are functions that I can work with on the phone whilst fiddling around on the computer in question.Did I mention that the green stuff really does stick? I use an HTC Desire, which has some sort of Teflon coating on the back and is generally percieved as being more slippery than a politician, but the thing just stays there, which is a relief if you have an expensive piece of kit waiting to nosedive to an early death. In fact, I have spent this evening hanging increasinlgy large and stupid things from it to discover its' limits and now, at 0115, I have given up as it is getting too silly. I know... I should get a life.After getting bored with the tether, you apply yout tyre lever to separate it from your PC, fold it closed and then put it in a pocket, a case or whatever until it is needed again. It is compact, useful and well designed. I award it five stars with no hesitation.
