I use these for side door toolbox, compartment shocks. Drivers hit the toolbox doors often and brake these type of shocks ends off & damage them. These work quite well & fit perfectly for my needs on sweeper trucks. Easy to install. Great value for money.

Ordered these for the mother-in-law's new to her, used SUV. She's all of 5 foot tall on a good day so reaching the rear tailgate when opened was impossible with the OEM struts so I needed something with a shorter lift distance and these fit perfectly. I guessed at the lbs pressure needed and 80 was the magic number to open and hold open the gate and allow her to close without too much effort. The price was acceptable vs other options and they appear to be quality made with minimal use after 2 weeks. Easily snapped on, with complete installation taking less than 5 minutes including removing OEM struts.

Got them for the bed in the rv. We put a house mattress in the rv and still can raise the bed easily now. Works great 😃.

Worked okay fir our RV bed although we may need a stronger one fir our heavy mattress to stay up. It does make it easy to lift the mattress, just won't stay up. We probably need 150s but these will do fine for now.

The joint has broken from the arm as pictured.I was able to contact the company for a refund/replacement under warranty and they honored my request to go with another product and metal elbows/ball joints connections.

We used these in our RV to support the bed, we had installed new temper pedic style of mattress and original 40lbs would not hold . We installed 80lbs and works perfect easy install. We had ordered 150lbs because of other reviews of what they did similar to our changes but way to strong so wewent with 80lbs.

I replaced my RV mattress with a residential Tempur-pedic memory foam mattress that is pretty heavy, compared to the mattress that came in the RV. The storage under the bed was very difficult to access with the standard struts, and would not hold up the new mattress after installing these, I can easily lift the mattress with one hand to access the storage and they hold it up with ease. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to replace their week struts with some strong ones that will hold up to your needs.

Use this on my RV bed...worked great when installed....did 1 camping trip and they were already failed. Only lifted bed twice...second time they wouldn't collapse so I had to remove them to lower the bed back down. Seller/manufacturer won't respond to emails supposed to have a 3 year warranty...avoid these for sure

Needed some new ones to replace my truck cap lid ones. Easy swap out and they work great!All good imo

Unfortunately it did not fit. Off by 5cm.

I bought these supports for the bed in my RV. The ones I had were week and wouldn’t hold the bed up when accessing the storage area under it. Now the bed stays up without any help.
