Not sure about the quality of the ingredients of these gummies. Extremely sweet. Also, got lot of humidity (no sachet to prevent it) so they arrived almost melt down, sticky. Will not be purchasing again

I used to take Maca for a variety of reasons. It's definitely a superfood, being a pretty popular adaptogen. This supplement has a lot of other ingredients in it, which I'm not always a fan of, but I thought I'd give it a go. Pros: • Very tasty and easy to take • Potent amount of Maca extract • Extra supplements seem to complement it Cons: • Contains extra ingredients which you should look into (safe but additives) • Gummies aren't the healthiest way to take supplements I've not used the Wellboost brand before. It looks like they do a lot of gummy products, which I initially thought would be a good way of taking a supplement, but with xylitol in it I'm not a massive fan. You get a pretty big tub of them, with enough for a two-month supply if you take two a day at the recommended amount. They're pretty sticky, so you do have to rip them apart sometimes. I was a bit confused about how much Maca you're actually getting with this, as I wasn't used to the extract amount being the one advertised. But it's 1000mg of Maca comparatively and 30000mg of extract, so a stronger variation. The extra supplements make sense, although I'm not sure as a female I'm super keen on Fadogia agrestis extract due to the qualities it's selling itself for. Admittedly I know we have the hormone it can boost, I just don't know if I need that. Otherwise, selenium and vitamin E make sense. Three are extra things in the ingredients that I'd question, but nothing alarming. I've been taking these for 3 weeks or so, and the flavor honestly just tastes like a sweet. They're very moreish and don't feel like health supplements at all! I can't say I've noticed any major changes since taking them, but when I took Maca before it took about six months to truly reap the benefits, so it's a long game really. Overall, these are good quality. I'm not sure I'd choose to take them in gummy form again, and with these extra ingredients. I may give them to my partner to try.

They're not for kids and anyone who is on a special diet or any pregnant ladies should consult a doctor before trying. These are strawberry flavour. With Maca root. Sugar free. Also vegan friendly. They are designed to boost your nutrition. They are shaped like an orange cut in half. They are strong but easy to chew, and do take about three or four good bites to go down. I found the flavour somewhere between strawberry and orange. It was quite nice though. Such things with these don't last long. But it was good while it did. Nice gummies. Worth a go if you use these things.
