I recently purchased the NeoLucida plus from Amazon, and I must express my profound disappointment. It’s rare for me to encounter a product that fails to meet basic functional expectations due to design flaws. One has to wonder if this is an attempt to clear out unsatisfactory inventory. The device simply does not work as intended; visibility of the pen or pencil on paper is non-existent, making the tracing function useless. Despite my efforts to build a customized setup with varying lighting to illuminate the model and canvas, the results were still subpar, barely visible at best. It’s disheartening to write such a negative review, especially for a smaller company, but it’s necessary to be honest: production must be halted on this item. It’s unfair to consumers to market a product that is fundamentally ineffective.
