Applied it four weeks ago. I used this on my stamped concrete patio and on my front walkway. I applied it with a pump sprayer and smoothed it out with a broom. Instead of 2 coats I applied 4 thin coats. It now beads water up nicely slightly darkened and brightened my concrete. There is no odor to this product. There was a two week gap between doing the patio and the walkway. The sealer stayed in my pump sprayer the whole time and worked great with not clogging or thickening. Good stuff

great product, easy to use, I used it for my garage floor with a paint roller, coats very good, seals small cracks, makes it look almost new again,

I saw some reviews saying this doesn't work. So, I made sure to follow the instructions as closely as possible. I had purchased about 30 18"x18" concrete pavers from Home Depot for a patio extension project. These pavers are only $5 each, weight 45 lbs, and are quite porous. I put plastic sheets on the garage floor to make sure I didn't get any of this on it. I made sure to shake the container vigorously before pouring out any into a shallow and wide container so I could try using a 4" roller and still use a 3" brush. These pavers would soak this stuff up very quickly, so I had to be quick with spreading it out. The roller was great with this. I didn't try a sprayer because I was concerned with too much overspray. Out of the 30 or so pavers all but about 4 repelled the water as advertised. Unfortunately, I didn't track the ones I used the roller vs the brush. I did get more penetration with the brush because it was taking me longer to spread it out across the surface. All in all it works as advertised.

This product was easy so apply and gave a beautiful finish on sidewalk. I will definitely use it again when it needs to be sealed.

Arrives alll gelled up.about the consistency of spoiled milk. Tried mixing it woth distilled water inside a 2 gal sprayer and no matter how hard i tried it wont fully mix and leaves floaties. Tried shaking the bottle vigorously for what seemed like eternity.Iverbthe course of 2 days.Ended up using a paint strainer just so finish the job I was on but im worried the gelled parts that I have to throw away are a critical component for water repellency. Ill likely have to re-do the job Nightmare.

Christina in customer service at BEESTUSA was a Huge help in making this a great product experience. When I initially received my gallon of sealer I notice someone had already used a portion of it. I immediately called the 800 number for support. After leaving a voice mail I was contacted back within minutes. Christina listened to my experience and sent a gallon out to correct the situation. Again, a Huge help in making things right. What a great sealer too, just like the other products from BEESTUSA!

Hurricane Beryl removed all the sealant.
