Arrived broken
I bought 2 of these for my kids. One is fast and lasts 30mins, the other is fast for 5mins then slows down and only lasts for 15mins. The one that is broken also does not let me change the speed as the switch is stuck on the fast speed, so I know for certain that it’s is faulty. Would love for the seller to connect me to replace it. Unfortunately it was a Christmas present and didn’t think it would arrive damaged and so we threw the box away and cannot send it back to ask for replacement. I have one very upset little boy so would appreciate the seller to contact me. Thank you.
