Ja, die schraube welcher den Teller festhielt war lose. Also festschrauben. Nach kurzer Zeit wieder das gleiche und später wieder. Also habe ich kurzerhand die schraube mit sekundenkläber festgestellt. Jetzt ist Ruhe und bewegt schön meine Uhren. Darum 4sterne von 5

The winder worked quite well in the first year, but then the left winder broke, and a few weeks later the right one started malfunctioning.

This watch winder is so good that I had to order a 2nd one to hold all of my watches. It winds well and my watches have never stopped. I think the best feature is the automatic stop wind when the door is opened. I had a different brand of winder which proved difficult to get the watch out while still moving. I would not hesitate in buying this product!
