We will see
I planted these bulbs in late spring, in North Carolina. All 10 have popped up and they might or might not bloom this year. All in all I'm happy.Other reviews mention the blooms are not black but red.I'll take either as long as they grow but I did plan on having black blooms from the description.

Not the color advertised. Drastic difference in color
I specifically ordered this black color for my outdoor decor. The plant grew very well and was easy to maintain. I grow Asiatic lilies and think they're beautiful in any color, but this is not what I thought I was getting. I have reds already, I didn't need to order this color. Just very disappointed and of course by time the flower blooms your window to return has closed.

Disappointed
So disappointed. Bulbs never bloomed. Two came up but then died out. I was very disappointed. The photo is so pretty and unique. Maybe they will come up in the spring...

Very disappointed
I am very disappointed, as I bought this expecting black lily and there was a whole reason behind it. I had it shipped to a friend for their wedding and they were so excited and have been sending me pictures of it as it has grown. And now, it's finally bloomed, and it's pink????? I'm a little 😡.

Healthy looking bulbs and plants
Bulbs arrived looking very healthy and were quickly planted. The plants have been extremely slow growers, but look nice and healthy. After about 7 weeks they they are only about 8 inches tall, so maybe some flowers this year, but our growing season here in Nebraska is limited, so maybe not until next year.

Not black.
These are not black. Dark red at best, a maroon color. Six of my bulbs came up, three of them have one flower each …… no more buds. Just one green stem with one flower that is not black. Not exactly what I thought I purchased.
