This is a terrible product, miss advertised, cheap and nasty and ridiculously small almost impossible to read and definitely not child friendly.

This item was poor quality with the wires handing out, certainly not suitable for my great-grandchildren for whom it was bought. Returned it but it was refused by the seller and returned to me. I requested a complete refund and was offered 80% "as compensation". I refused and demanded a full refund including the return postage. The company obviously chose not to read and understand my complaint so I contacted Amazon who have refunded the full amount.

Nice book but looks cheaply made,light and sound all works but there are wires hanging down at the back , I would leave my young grandad children to read it alone but will be fine if an adult is reading along with thrm.

I had hoped to make a new tradition with this book for Christmas Eve, but the item is really disappointing. The front cover looks distorted and stretched, the writing inside is tiny and blurred. The book looks cheaply made, and bits that were glued in have already fallen out. Spend your money elsewhere.

Nice book, lights work, music is just one verse repeated. On and off switches at back of book are not stuck in place and just fall out of the book when you try to read it, half the pop ups do not pop up glued into place on some pages.

No end of spelling/punctuation mistakes and typos.Text is very blurred - wouldn't be able to read it with a child on your lap.Wires hanging out the bottom of the book. Music is VERY loud, and out of tune.Would not recommend at all.We have since bought a different version of The Night Before Christmas from a proper book store, for less money.

For £17.99 plus £5.99 p&p (and £5.39 return p&p which I never had refunded), this book is not worth buying. It is cheaply made with numerous spelling mistakes and came with faulty electrical fittings - it should light up and play sounds but components were loose and stuck down with sticky tape.On my returning the book to LINNING Ltd, it was returned back to me with their name & address details crossed out and ‘Return to Sender’ written on. I did eventually get a refund, thanks to Amazon, but not the cost of returning it. My advice is, ‘Do not buy this item.’
