It's the modal that makes these so soft and comfortable. I like the cut and the fit, and the fact that they stay in place all day. I wondered how just a thin elastic waistband would work, but it stays in place and doesn't twist at all. They feel lightweight and breathable. I wash them and then hang to dry, and they hold their shape and look exactly as they did right out of the package. Love them!
