This seat cushion is brilliant and I couldn't manage without it now. It's portable and has a handle so looks like a little case when carrying and is so comfortable to sit on on hard seats. The two halves can be separated to avoid sitting on painful areas of the spine but are attached with velcro. I've got one for around the house and one to take out. It fits in a rucksack although it is quite heavy. Best cushion ever, better than the shaped ones with a cutout which are supposed to help but don't.

Absolutely perfect and worth every penny as the comfort from the gel cushion is totally amazing especially if you have a bony bum like me! I highly recommend this product!

Sitting after prostate cancer radiotherapy, plus a catheter, was painful, requiring constant painkillers. This seat cushion has been a real help. The gap between the two pads allows me to take pressure off the catheter route, so that it does not press on the still tender prostate. I have greatly reduced my painkillers during the day, and sit comfortably for much longer. Nor do I get the 2 minutes of very strong pain when standing up after sitting for a while. I am now able to take it into a car, as a passenger, and have trips out to get fresh air, and can use it on various chairs which was previously painful. I recommend it whole heartedly for men in a similar situation. Delivery was quick and efficient, and it was well packaged. I now have two, to help with the constant moving it around. Thank you.

I bought this because, to put it simply, I lack sufficient natural padding. Sitting for long periods of time is most uncomfortable for me. I am the guy that fidgets around, trying to get comfortable, when you are sat behind them in the cinema/theatre/sporting event (select as appropriate). Faced with a very long flight from Heathrow to Seattle, I was dreading the thought. It was with this in mind that I bought this gel seat cushion. The result was spectacular! In fact I seldom found the need to move around in my seat at all, though I did walk around the plane occasionally, having read about DVT. Brilliant and well worth the expense!

Plus points: - Portable - Can adjust width - Lightweight Negative - too firm, and did not provide me with support I love the fact that this pillow is portable and folds in half. It is very easy to travel with through airports and on the plane. Unfortunately, it was too firm for me and didn't provide any support or relief from long periods of sitting on planes. If you like very firm seats this pillow is for you. If not, look elsewhere.

I have spent years looking for this. Being a writer I spend a lot of time sitting at the computer, then getting up with a numb backside and struggling to walk because of Coccydynia. The bottom of my spine just goes numb. I had given up trying to find something and carted a household cushion with me when I went out, pushed into a cloth bag so I just sat on the bag. Looked real elegant if I was going somewhere special. I'd tried special cushions before but always found them too hard. Then a friend asked me if I'd tried a gel cushion. I don't think gel was invented when I had mine. So I turned to the Amazon page and had a look. I was very sceptical and gave up, seeing the pounds just being wasted. But I went back the next day. I was getting to the point of giving up again when I saw the Sojoy iGelComfort Seat Cushion! It was Gel and Memory Foam. But, what swung it, was it folded in two and had its own handle to carry it, and looks like a little handbag. I sent the order. It arrived very quickly and I could not believe it when I first sat on it. I couldn't really feel it. Then I got up and walked without having to grab the back of a chair to hold me up while I gained movement. This cushion has changed my life. My only regret is that I didn't find it several years ago. A definite five star purchase I would recommend to anyone with a spinal problem.

I got this product in the hope it would help me with an 11 hour flight. I have had back pain for a long time and it can be really frustrating, often taking the fun out of a lot of things. Even a drive of two hours would be enough to leave me very sore, with pain referring from the back into the legs so I had no idea how I would cope with this monster flight. I searched cushions for back pain and this came up and I got it based on the reviews. I am so pleased with this product. I was able to manage the flight fine! I use this now when driving and it has helped me greatly. Some days I have forgotten to bring it and I notice the difference. I think anyone who has back pain should buy this and it would also be good for anyone just looming some added comfort. I also think the design of this one is brilliant as it folds up and carries like as a little case. Perfect for travel. A great investment!

Je ne comprends pas comment on peut autant s'appliquer sur le design et être aussi radin sur la qualité principale d'un produit. L'idée sur le papier est pourtant génial. Donc, très mauvaise mousse. Je suis léger 70 kg pour un homme. J'ai décidé de couper la mousse pour prouver mon avis. J'ai retiré le tissu pour comparer avec d'autres sièges en mousse et gel que j'ai. Cela n'a rien avoir. Le gel est trop fin. Il est dur ce qui signifie que c'est une qualité est bas de gamme, soulagera en rien vos douleurs. La mousse n'a aucune densité. Vous pouvez l'ecraser a deux doigts. Alors un corps de plus de 50kg! Le but d'un coussin est de soulager sur une surface dure. Ce coussin ne soulage absolument pas. Il faut laisser fermer les deux parties pour sentir une différence. Je fais du 36 pour moi c'est possible parcontre si vous avez un bassin oublié ce petit subterfuge.. n'achetez pas ou renvoyer.

Me lo compré por un problema en el coxis. Lo bueno, que es fácil de llevar de un sitio a otro y resulta discreto una vez doblado. La pega es que el interior debería de ser más firme para el grosor que tiene, ya que al cabo de un rato acaba prácticamente aplastada. En cualquier caso diría que la compra es recomendable, yo la sigo usando.

I got this to take to my daughters travel volleyball games. It’s easy to throw in my backpack or carry on its own, and makes a huge difference when sitting in hard chairs or bleachers. I’ve purchased just about every style of stadium seat with and without backs, and this is the seat I keep going back to and take to every tournament. It gives just the right amount of support and cushion, is easy to take with me and weighs next to nothing and not bulky like other seats, and makes a huge difference when spending the whole weekend watching games. My back and tailbone don’t hurt like they used to after sitting all day. Even though it doesn’t have a backrest when sitting on bleachers, this is still more comfortable because of the gel seat that I usually will use this over my stadium chairs with backrests. It’s also much more portable then those more bulky seats, so when we are moving around from court to court between games it’s not overwhelming to stand and walk around with like bigger seats are. I can’t recommend this enough if you spend any amount of time sitting in gyms watching kids sports. This seat stays in my vehicle at all times so I always have it with me. I also like that you can separate the two sides and use individually or as a seat and back part when sitting in a chair, also the fact that it folds in the middle and has a handle so it takes up even less room and you can hook it onto a bag or throw it in a tote or large purse which makes it more discreet.
