I have a lot of kids and we all love flying drones. So I have owned quite a few drones over the years. We can be kind of hard on them, too, so I also have an idea of what to expect in terms of sturdiness. I got this drone for one of my younger kids. I wanted something that would be easy for him to get started on and could handle taking some crash landings from time to time.We have flown this drone quite a bit over the last few weeks and so far it has been absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. Set up was a breeze. I put on the propeller guards and let my son have at it. It was really easy for him to get the hang of. The controller even comes with an overlay labeling the different controls. It was totally easy peezy!I definitely would recommend this drone for beginners and casual users. Of course, hard-core enthusiasts will want something next level but that's an entirely different and much more expensive segment. For people wanting something that's easy to use and not too pricey, you cannot go wrong with this drone!

The media could not be loaded. This drone is easy to control in the air. It can go quite high, but obviously you want to be careful of the wind. The design is great as it comes with 4 guardrails to protect the blades of the drone. The camera quality is decent, it definitely will allow you to see some sights, I managed to test it at night with a few lights on and the quality was acceptable. The battery is okay, not the best, but the upside is that it ships with two batteries that you can charge, so if one is drained you can just immediately prop the other one straight in. I would definitely recommend this as a gift for a child or someone who didn’t HAVE A CHANCE to experience this kind of joy when they were younger as it can most definitely be a fun experience.Quick Pointers:• Drone only takes off when you use the lift off button on the controller (as far as I know.)• Lift off button can also be used to safely land the drone.• Arrives with a nice case• Comes with a screwdriver that you’ll need to push the small button on the back of the controller to eject the casing•360 movement is very responsive, you can actually click the button multiple times and the drone will do a good job keeping up!Overall this is a good drone.
