Charge Cord Defective
Great batteries and they seem to work better in kwickset door locks better than NiMH or Alkaline batteries. However, I ruined two batteries using what appears to be a defective Charge cord/cable supplied by vendor. The first time it happened I only noticed the battery didn't flash when charging. However, it got really hot. To hot to pick up and unplug. That battery wouldn't charge anymore. I put a second battery in the 4-lead charge cable and the battery became hot again. I have messaged the vendor requesting a new set of batteries and charge cord but have not heard back yet. It looks like it is just 1 of 4 charge cable leads that cooks the battery. The vendor returned my message and compensated me for the two batteries and cord.

so far so good
I just got these and have charged them and using them in my TV remote control and my wireless mouse. Either they came already close to a full charge or they charge quickly, I'm not sure yet until I have used up a charge in at least one of them to then recharge and see how long it takes. They have a built in charge and voltage controller so measuring the battery voltage will always show 1.5 volts until the battery charge has depleted completely. So measuring the battery voltage won't give an indication of it's state of charge. My TV remote seems to like this battery... I've been using another rechargeable battery that's only 1.2 volts and when I turn on the TV the TV displays the voltage status of the remote which always indicated about 2/3 charge on a fresh 1.2 volt battery. Now with this battery it indicates a full charge... But again since this has a voltage controlled output it's not a true indication of the battery's charge state. This voltage controlled output is why these batteries can never use a regular battery charger even ones meant for lithium battery as the charge controller circuit bypasses the output terminal and applies a higher voltage to the lithium battery inside and the output voltage controller maintains a 1.5 volt output. In other words the output terminal is an output only while the USB input is a input only. Rather or not if these could be used while charging I don't know but it would be very difficult to do since the USB port is next to the battery terminal and would be in the way of using the battery in a battery holder (like a TV remote for example).

OK BUT NOT GREAT
Used in PC mouse, did not last as long as other batteries. But I was able to recharge them with the PC.

Affordable recharged with USBC
My wireless keyboard and mouse are using AAA batteries and they went out very fast due to daily using. These rechargeable ones is very competitive at this price and durable enough for my usage.

BEWARE OF DANGEROUS PRODUCT - SIGNIFICANT FIRE/EXPLOSION HAZARD
We all [should] know that lithium batteries carry a risk of short-circuit, rapid overheating, and fire. Significantly higher risk than alkaline batteries. Still, I've bought rechargeable lithium AA/AAA/9V cells from other manufacturers without any major issue. These batteries from SPYONG come in a nice plastic case for storage. But the cells themselves have design issues and very poor quality control: 4 out of 10 batteries have bent positive terminals which, as soon as they were plugged into the provided cable, shorted and began rapidly flashing red and getting hot. Upon closer inspection, the negative outer sheath of the charging cable makes direct contact with the bent positive terminal, visibly sparks upon insertion, and makes a short-circuit while getting hot. Before realizing there was a short with the 2nd cell that flashed red rapidly, I ended up plugging 4 of them into a USB wall charger, which ended up "smartly" shutting off power to all of the USB ports until the shorted device was removed. To reduce risk of short-circuit and fire/explosion, these need to have the USB-C port moved a millimeter further toward the edge, shorter USB-C connectors on the charging cable (this isn't unique to this brand, but there are regular USB-C cables that have connectors that aren't so long), better quality control to make sure that the positive terminal/terminal cap isn't bent (especially toward the charging port like these were), and if practical, a short-circuit detection/prevention before any current is delivered to the lithium. They also don't have any instructions/information provided to explain the significance of the LEDs, or a rapid flashing (which may be normal for some brands while recharging.)Read the 1* reviews like I just did and you'll see others with the same issues. And read this from the product listing: "High-Density Energy-Gathering Formula -- SPYONG's new generation of lithium ion rechargeable batteries adopts a high-density energy-gathering formula, which deeply releases stronger endurance and avoids overheating, short circuits, etc. It is continuously strong, has stable performance, ultra-low self-discharge, and has a long standby time. More than 1 year. "

They were just as described.
They all took the initial charge with the lights going out when fully charged. I did notice that when charging 4 at a time, the adapter got fairly warm so going forwards I will only charge 2 at a time. Will have to wait and see how long a charge last compared to a standard alkaline.

Works!
March 2024Helped me to replaced all my batteries. They don't leak like other batteries. I can leave them in my game systems and not worry.August 2024Been over 1 hour and still charging...🤦🏾♂️ I'm annoyed. I bought their other type with USB and it charged 100% in way less than 30 minutes...I'm just going to unplug these now 🙄... and go to bed.3 stars because still better than batteries that leak. I'd give it 3.5 stars...

Rechargeable batteries
Great value for the money. They fit AA slots perfect. Good quality. Comes with charge cable for 4 batteries that have green indicator lights so you know when they are done charging. They last about as long as a standard AA battery then need recharge. This pack offers a lot of batteries and we haven’t run out yet.

Devolución
Tres de las baterías se cargan pero no la cuarta. Es la razón por la que he iniciado la devolución.
