It's a carb powder for weight gain not for protein requirement although the flavour was good enough specially the cookie and cream one which I have order and you can take it as for weight gain purpose

disappointed to buy this product
I have got only white powder in the name of Cookies and Cream flavor which has no Cookies and Cream except the fragrance. There is nothing like Cookies and Cream in its taste. It is nothing but tasteless white powder. So think twice before ordering. I am disappointed to have to buy it.
