Perfect for itches and grazes
This balm is brilliant and seems to last forever. My girl suffer with itchy skin and will lick her feet and scratch her ears. This softens to the touch and absorbs really well. I have used it all over (even on her bottom) and it really relieves her. She sometimes gets red patches on her belly and this will clear it up within two applications and I am currently using it on a scab at the end of her ear that is at that irritating itchy stage. The only think I have trouble with is applying it to her feet. While it works well and softens her rough pads up, she loves the flavour and will lick her feet more lol. But I love this product

Relief!
I'm not one for bothering about product reviews unless I think it's really bad or really good. In this instance the Pro pooch itchy skin balm is really, really good and I only just got it today! My border terrier gets sore paws every summer and the more humidity we get the worse his paws get; he goes beyond his paws and chews his legs until they are bald, is constantly scratching and "swims" about the rug to itch his belly. This year, with the high temperatures, he hasn't wanted to walk with his paws being so sore and the ground so hot, desperate to find him something to give him relief, I thought I'd give the Pro pooch ago (I think I've tried everything else from prescription to witchcraft!) This stuff, after one application, seems to do the trick. Applied before a walk and he seemed happier, washed his paws when we got back and applied a top up. He didn't even try to lick it off. Thought it was too good to be true so applied some to the Springer's paws after she crashed through the river, grazed her paw pad and was licking at it frantically. Once she got over her curiosity, she too stopped licking her paw. The balm does seem to offer relief when first applied and now that both dogs are sound asleep, it looks like the relief continues so with the dogs not feeling a need to lick and chew at their paws, hopefully it will work to keep the skin soft to allow sores to heel. And I can have relief knowing I think I've found something, at last, to help ease discomfort. Happy dogs, happy dog mum!!

Pro pooch skin dog balm
I’ve been using this on a dog that’s sensitive skin and very thin coat. I haven’t noticed any change in her skin yet. It nice to use - spreads without her licking it all off so that’s a bonus. I’m not sure how long I need to use it before I see any difference I was hoping it would help her coat regrow.

May work for some dogs but not mine
Unfortunately I think this irritates my dog ears more, stopped using and the ears have started to clear up.

It’s working!
I bought this to help with red and scaly spots on my puppy under her armpits and near her groin. I’ve since found out it’s puppy pyoderma. Within a couple of days of using it morning and night this has really started to clear the spots and all the scaly skin has gone. The smell is lovely and my puppy seems to like it too, the only small problem is she wants to lick it off so where she can reach to lick (groin) it’s less effective than where she can’t reach (armpits), however I just keep her distracted til it’s had a chance to sink in a bit and that seems to work.At room temperature the balm is soft and easily scooped out, it feels a little like a thick oil to apply. Goes on easily and leaves my fingers feeling smooth too!I would definitely buy this again.

Does what it says on the tub
Took a chance on this product and it was well worth the gamble. My dogs paws are quite dry and he licks his feet quite a bit but after using this for about a month there was a huge change in his behaviour and his licking decreased which tells me it's worked and he's alot more happier. You only use a small amount but it goes along way and lasts. Highly recommended

Amazing!!!!!!!! Can't believe what a difference 🥰
I am seriously shocked how much this has made a difference to my bulldogs skin!!! She's only 2 yrs old but last summer and now this Spring she's been scratching under her front legs (armpits) and dragging her lower tummy along the rug like a soldier moving along on the ground soo much She's made herself red raw and sore, she gets red raised little lumps/hives and is presumably having a reaction to something. We initially changed her food and removed all dairy which showed a little improvement. However this week with the weather being soo warm she's scratching and rubbing herself again and has red lumps and bumps all over her belly and between her legs. I have been using this balm for 4 days now when she's red and scratching and OMG it's amazing. Her skin has been loads better each and every day. We've stopped the piriton ( initially recommended by the vet )and she's now not even scratching that much. It's clearly relieving whatever makes her scratch herself to bleeding. She lays back and just lets me rub it on her, like it's immediately soothing her. It's the best cream/balm we've tried, and we've used cooling gels, itch relief treats, the list goes on. I appreciate it's early days but we can't help but be excited that we may have found our miracle balm to help her. Would 100% recommend spending £10 to see these results!!!

Dog hates Lavendar smell
My dog hates this and rolls around outside to get it off, which defeats the point of using it as his skin problem is from the summer pollen. He hates the smell. He can smell it in his bed and doesnt like going in his bed.BUT, if you use a tiny bit on the worst areas - spot apply, then it is not SO bad and it does prevent itching/licking - I dont know if that is the smell or the ingredients!
