Why does this power bank's battery status reduce so quickly? Why can't my phone fully charge?

Because brand-new products are not fully charged when first used, the power display may not be accurate. For the first usage please fully recharge the power bank, drain it out afterward, and then fully recharge it without interruption.

Does this power bank support Galaxy Superfast Charge 2.0?

Yes, the USB C1 port supports PPS 5A to enable 45W Supercharging on the Galaxy S22 / S23 Ultra.

Why the charging power of USB C1 is less than 100W?

To achieve the best charging effect, please ensure that both the device and charging cable support 100W fast charging.

1. When the power of the power bank is ≤10±5%, the maximum output power of USB-C1 will be reduced from 100W to 45W. 2. Dell laptops can only be charged at a maximum of 65W due to charging protocol restrictions.
