I use these every day in the gym and while sleeping to protect my teeth from grinding. They work well and they are comfortable if formed correctly. I wish they lasted longer. I usually get a month or more out of them before they start falling apart. They would last longer if I didn’t form them to my teeth but that’s what helps to keep them in place. They eventually start to break at the edges of my teeth imprint and the crack connects from tooth to tooth. Then the crack makes its way through to the other side and they are no longer comfortable because they rub my gums. I had the same issue with another brand that was twice as expensive so… these are the best value I have found. I am happy with them but I still feel like they overpriced. Then again everything is overpriced in 2024.

The side stability pieces irritate my gums. Maybe a little too deep for my teeth. Tolerable for a half hour workout.Gonna try a lower profile 6DS set from New Age.

I'm not a power- lifter or a bodybuilder, (Kudos to you all, committed, wow) but I do a lot of strength training, and I unconsciously grind my teeth in workouts. I already do so, with my TMJD, so my jaw pain would increase after workouts. So, I thought I'd get a set of these..like my sleeping ones, but for workouts!I like that this is a set of two and the quality is good. If you mess one up, either with use (which ok, these are STURDY) or forming, you have a back-up. The instructions were easy to follow. It definitely takes some getting used to, and I don't know if I'll use it regularly as I do feel a bit uncomfortable. But, I'm guessing that's normal, as it's new to me. Also, I mainly work out at home, I don't think I'd wear it at the gym..I expect a lot of stares when I pick up my little 5-10 pound set and start squating lol

These are great! I never realize how much I was clinching my jaw and how much it was holding me back from exerting myself.If you are getting near your RPE of 8-10 I suggest you try these. It helped me consistently exert myself more.I’m not at power lifter levels (working on getting there), but better than average.(Current working weights: Sq 255 @ 5x5, DL 335 (5x5), bench 185 (5x5)

Better than I expected.Easy molding instructions, individual travel case, and much more durable than I anticipated. I intentionally tried to bite through it, and doesn't even come close.I'd be shocked to find a better deal/value available on the market right now..

I've molded them 2x and it just doesn't seem comfortable. Maybe it's just me but they do work well.
