I am surprised to say these work for me. Not like a margarita would, but I certainly do feel less anxious after about 15 minutes and it last a few hours. They smell okay and taste okay, the texture is smooth and gummy. I am happy with it and have be taking them a few times a week when I feel life is a little much and the kids TV is too much.

So this might get long. After *gardening* and being on an antidepressant all my teen years and into my early 20s, I stopped when I became a mom, and tapered off my antidepressant about 8 months ago. I don't think my brain has really been right since then. I've been VERY stressed and though I haven't done testing for it, I feel like I have high cortisol. I snap very easily, I feel triggered constantly, but these gummies.... I've only taken one, but within an hour, I felt NORMAL. like I can think before I speak, like I have the mental capacity to stay calm in stressful parenting moments today. I did feel slightly tired, butttt, I took it around 430, after an already long day. Now that I'm at work and moving around, I don't feel drowsy. Will update if any of this changes.

Amazing within the first 30 min of my first dose I experienced a quiet in my mind that I have not experienced. I almost panicked from the sensation of not hearing my own internal dialogue of worry. I am beyond blown away by this product. I take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed to help with panic from anxiety dreams. I would highly recommend these Tastes is good no trouble chewing it does not affect my energy levels and they smell good.
