Works Great!
As other have stated, connector wires are reversed but easy fix. Been working great for almost a year now.

Check connector pin before installing. Weak threads.
The compressor works well. Just like others have said, the connector has the pin in the wrong side. You will have to switch it for it to work. Another problem were the threads for the AC lines. Both holes stripped out on me. I fixed it with a helicoil kit but was not happy with having to install the compressor a total of 3 times. It did work after all that though.

After fixing wiring product is good
Installed and works great so far. Points deducted because the connector must be disassembled and wire transferred to the other side of the connector. I would recommend to do this when you have them both out of the vehicle before installation. If you pull out the red tab of the connector out the front then lift the lock inside the connector you can pull out the wire. Push out the white seal and transfer it to the other side then push the other wire in past the lock then reinstall the red lock. Worth the money completely and this brand has worked for me before on other vehicles and for friends with vehicles too. Would completely recommend.

Good quality
Works as intended. The only issue were the 2 pins were installed backwards in the connector for the clutch. It was easy enough to swap pins since I noticed it before install.

Works great
Compressor installed easily Ang walks great. Vent air temp is 38 - 40 degrees, outside temp is over 100 degrees.

The connector was not pinned correctly
Packaged very well and showed up fast but it did not include new seals. The seals aren’t a big deal but the connector was pinned wrong. This compressor is advertised as direct replacement for 2008 L322 Range Rover. After installing the compressor, during filling we noticed the clutch would not engage. After some diag we found that the connector pin was not in the correct location. We repinned the connector and the compressor has been working well. This does mean that it is NOT a direct replacement as advertised.

Waste of $ and time
I paid $$$ to put in, but it worked intermittently. Had to pay more $$$ to rr with a Nissens compressor that works perfectly.

Great with one flaw
Works as needed, the connecters are switched, so make sure to switch them.
