This little guy is great and has been helping with my pain for several weeks now. I love that it has 4 pads so I can do both of my shoulders or knees or a shoulder and knee at the same time. It's got a timer that shows how much time is left which you can easily change with a press of the button. It has lots of different settings so anyone can find a setting that works for them. It is rechargeable which is awesome, no batteries to buy frequently. I use mine almost daily. The charge lasts a long time too! I am not so sure I understand the EMS how it's different from a regular tens machine but whatever it is I am getting relief. Great little device, only thing I would change is to have like a clip on it so you don't have to carry it in your hand if you need to move. Other than that a good little device and the price isn't bad either.

This is an excellent product! Works great for alleviating my neck soreness and helping relieving my vertigo symptoms. Lots of different settings, easy to use, and gets results.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It seemed simple enough to set up and good value. Pain relief: I bought for my lower back injury. It was suggested electro stimulation devices could help by a physio & osteopath. It’s actually often used in sport medicine. I hurt my back again recently & must admit this device allowed me to take less pain killers while recovering a lot faster. I’m normally paralysed for a week but this time using it, I was up in 3 days and could sit again on day 5. Value for money: It was amongst the most affordable devices on Amazon. I didn’t want to pay too much in case it would work. Portable: Very small and therefore practical to carry around. The battery life is also fantastic. The only downside are the cables which can get tangled but I don’t think wireless devices would have the same battery life.

Great little unit! Easy to use. Definitely works to relieve my complex knee surgery pain & helping re activate my quad! Seems well made, lightweight but durable! Lots of extra pads included. I’ve used it a bunch and haven’t charged it yet. It has found a rightful place in my gym bag! I definitely will use it even after I’m out of rehab! I would have given five stars but there is no description of what each program does so you kind of have to test each one out and take note of it. Other than that, it’s a wonderful little unit. I’ve gotten so many compliments from everyone at my physical therapist office!

Portable EMS/TENS with decent electrodes. Pretty straightforward device, not over complicated and with enough juice to get things settled.

I picked this up to help with mobility recovery and getting back into shape. While I have used standard TENS units before for pain relief, the EMS (Electronic Muscle Stimulation) mode on this unit is on another level. I was actually watching my thigh muscles jump during the session—it definitely engages the muscle deep down rather than just tingling the skin. I've been using it to target specific muscle groups during my recovery process, and it has provided genuine relief. The device is compact but packs a surprising punch in terms of intensity. The Good (Pros): EMS Strength: The EMS function is legitimate. If you are looking for muscle stimulation rather than just nerve relief, this works. Mobility Aid: Excellent tool for active recovery or rehabilitation. Intensity Levels: There is plenty of headroom on the power settings; I haven't even needed to max it out. The Bad (Cons): Mode Similarity: While it is advertised as 3-in-1, I found that the "TENS" and "Relax" functions feel very similar to one another. The distinction between those two modes isn't very clear. The Verdict: If you need a device strictly for the EMS muscle stimulation, this is a fantastic 5-star choice. It's powerful enough for actual muscle activation during recovery. Just be aware that the TENS and Relax modes might feel identical, but they still get the job done for general relief.
