Beautiful and practical!
It truly is beautiful. I love the grain, handles, and how it covers my stovetop so well. My purpose was to create a serving line starting to the right of my stove, moving to the left and then out of the kitchen. This provides a great way to present food for larger groups. Obviously, the stovetop must be cool before placing it. It has a varnish coating, so I don’t think I will use it for cutting board, but see no reason why I can’t knead dough for pies, biscuits, even pasta. I wonder if the varnish is food safe.
