I have a 2 lock combo. Both work on the same app. This lock is well built, easy to install and looks great. Works great a well. With the Nice DIGI app. Easy to set up in app. Also key if You forgot to replace batteries and it dies. You don’t need a subscription like some of the reviews I’ve seen about this lock. You can set and customize it to how you want it. So far so good. You do have to get a gateway if you want to open it remotely from anywhere other than home. One time buy. I ordered one haven’t came in yet so I can’t write a review on that part. The gateway cost $7 there’s some for $30-$40. Whatever you preference is. All the gateway does is connect your device to WiFi constantly so you can use your phone from anywhere to unlock it. If you don’t need or want that feature. Don’t need it. Don’t need to waste $. All the other features you get. Bluetooth lock and unlock with app when in range. Multiple fingerprints. Looking for easy, secure deadbolt lock for a good price. I recommend this. Paired with a smart handle door lock. On same app. Just a tap and you’re in. No more keys. Easier, faster and secure. You will get notifications on what time, date and the person that went in and out.

Purchased a lock for my garage door, installed in minutes zand it works. Purchased 3 deadbolt locks for other doors, installed in minutes, one lock did not work but they offered to replace it. Both locks work well. Would be nice if they were keyed alike but not a deal breaker. Nice looks good support.

Lock arrived with offer card inside. offer was to review product and then they would send a free TUYA module to allow wifi functionality. I liked the product so followed directions and left a good review. Almost two months later and no TUYA device. contacted seller through their site, No response to inquiry. Good product, not so good company. Kinda makes you wonder what good the warranty is if they wont reply.

It took under 10 minutes to install. I don’t really have any complaints about it.

Great lock and easy installation. Much cheaper and same quality as big box store brands.
