So tasty! The only nasi goreng paste I use
I first came across nasi goreng as a simply cook kit. Whilst I enjoyed it.i wanted to make it without paying for a small amount of product everything I wanted to make this. This nasi goreng paste gave me all the flavours I had expected and the large jar means I can add to rice according to my taste. The only downside is that it has been hard to get hold of from Amazon. My last order was processed then cancelled. I tend to buy quiet a few at once as a result.

OMG - A taste sensation, I am one very smitten kitten -and LOVING the price!
It was love at first taste - I find this just amazing - I added it to a spinach and pea dish I do instead of fresh pesto and it was DIVINE. Imagine it would be super with seafood and tofu too. Love it, perfect consistency, spot on kick (I do not like super spicy) and such a wonderful rich taste which is like a tantalising, tangy triumph on the tastebuds. Recommend 100% Am planning to fill my cupboards with this as eating healthily is super easy with just a small spoon of this to liven things up and make an every day meal into a really tasty exciting treat!

Ayam doesn't disappoint.
This is as close as you can get to the actual dish. Hailing from Singapore, i have been missing food from home. Although i prefer to cook from scratch, some ingredients can be too expensive or difficult to get. This is the next best thing. My in laws find this really spicy, i personally do not, perhaps because i'm used to really spicy food (the usual norm from back home) while my in laws (British) are not. I personally add egg (chopped up plain omelette cooked before hand and added as a last step), peas and carrots... and if im feeling extra hungry, some diced spam (fry this slightly before hand, helps bring out the flavour and added as a last step).Ayam has never disappointed me in terms of flavour and authenticity. Even back home this was quite a staple brand.

Great but beware!
Great product, just be sure to completely remove the plastic around the top before opening or end up drenched in bright orange oil like I did 😂 Fantastic taste & I will be buying again

Great flavours!
Amazing flavours especially in a fried rice, reason why I give it 3 stars is because you can get this in Tesco for £2 yet they are selling it for almost triple the price!!!

Good flavour, poor packaging.
Very nice added to rice/meat/ vegetables. I ordered 4 but unfortunately the lid on one was loose so had to throw it away.UPDATE...I had this product on subscribe but it is hit and miss on the lid being on tight and this puts me off, so unfortunately have stopped buying it.

COMPARES FAVOURABLY WITH MORE EXPENSIVE BRANDS
I usually buy 'yeo' brand from my local supermarket but not always in stock so this is an equivalent quality and cost effective substitute.

Not a fan
I bought this based on all the rave reviews i’d read and thought this would be a great and easy way to make a great tasting Nasi or Mi Goreng. Sadly I was wrong. The sauce is thin, there’s not enough sweet soy sauce in this (ketcap manis) which is critical, no shrimp paste or fish/oyster sauce.I used it up and added the necessary ingredients but, if you want to make a GOOD nasi goreng, go to YouTube where Pai’s Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay both have posted excellent instructional videos on how to make this. Plus, Ramsay’s is Uncle Roger approved! I just use a combination of both videos to make my own. (Don’t forget the MSG!)Good luck!
