This scanner has made my project much easier and higher quality than trying to accomplish it with a smartphone camera. The option of overhead or angled lighting solves all the issues I have previously encountered. I've used it for large pictures, framed items and pictures mounted in a book.

I read A LOT of good reviews on this product, and was anxious to order it. When it arrived, I installed it today and everything appeared to be successful, except there was no device driver recognized in Windows Device Manager during the install process.I searched online for any website that might have one for this machine available for download but couldn't find one. Czur only has e-mail tech support, and they just responded that it takes 48 hrs to respond to inquiries, so I am basically sitting with a heavy paperweight on my desk, rather than a functional scanner.If I can't get the device driver issue resolved I will have to return the scanner. I hope it doesn't come to that. I have a lot of things to scan. Has anyone else encountered this issue of a missing device driver ???Update: I deleted the install 2 times, cleared cache memory, disabled adblocker and anti-virus software, removed any USB peripherals and even shutdown and re-booted my wifi-router then shutdown and rebooted my Windows 11 laptop. Then I re-installed the CZUR ET 16 Plus scanner and it was finally recognized. (I subsequently activated my adblocker and anti-virus software and reconnected my USB peripherals and the scanner was still active). So I guess it's time now to learn how to use it.My first test scan in B/W, facing page mode of a book of 6 pages came out in PDF as expected, so I can change my review stars from 1 to 5. The scanner apparently does what it claims to do. I would recommend this product (assuming the installation process goes okay for each user).
