Quality product that is a great value for the money
Easy to assemble, even includes a tool bag. Fired up on first try. Works great. A little on the loud side. You would not want to put this outside your bedroom window and try to sleep. Remote start works great. Nice feature. This unit is considered portable, has wheels and a pull bar but it is heavy. There is no way my wife would be able to pull it on her own. It is well made with quality parts. I feel it is a great value for the money. I researched many generators before I settled on this one. I would definitely recommend this product.

Best generator I ever owned
This generator is a beast!!! It runs on propane, natural gas, and gasoline. Gasoline gives it the peak wattage, and it is very capable!!! I actually run a millermatic multi process welding machine on it, and it doesn’t skip a beat!!! It has a handle that can be extended so you can pull it with ease, and the handle can be folded back down to simplify storage. It’s very easy to use, and can be picked up with two people! I have had it for quite some time now, and it has not let me down by any means! During the freeze this winter, we lost power in my double wide trailer, and this generator ran the whole house! It has a 9.5 gallon tank too, so you get a pretty long run time out of one tank of gas!!! I take this generator on every job I go to, and it handles everything I throw at it!!!! This is one strong and durable machine, and I’m glad I did my research on it!!!!

Great product
My Westinghouse generator arrived in a timely manner, was well packaged and easy to assemble. Basically all I had to do was put the wheels on and add oil. The instructions were easy to follow. I only have about 30 minutes run time on it at this point but it started right up and ran like a champ. I’m very pleased.

Works great for 50 amp generator plug
This is a great unit. Price was even better. Comes with remote controls start as well as pushbutton. Also uses Gasoline, propane, and natural gas. Unit is heavy but has nice wheels and a bar that helps to roll around. Comes with the 50amp twist lock receptacle that hooks to my generator plug. This unit is priced below other similar units.

Easy of setup and starting
I purchased this tri‑fuel generator because I wanted the flexibility to run on gasoline, propane, or natural gas depending on what’s available. That versatility alone makes it a great value, and the setup process was surprisingly simple. Assembly took only a few minutes: two stabilizer legs secured with two bolts each, and two oversized rear wheels attached with pins, washers, and clevis pins. Although the necessary wrenches were included, I preferred using my own socket and combination wrenches. Adding oil was straightforward—just be sure to pour slowly and keep shop towels handy for any drips and overflow. My first startup attempt using the push‑button didn’t go as expected. The unit wouldn’t turn over after several tries, even after letting it sit. I double‑checked the choke and fuel switch, then switched to the pull start. It fired up on the second pull and ran smoothly for 20 minutes. I also confirmed it was producing power using a simple nightlight. After shutting it down (push button off, battery off, fuel off), I let the generator sit for a week. The next startup—this time with the push button—worked perfectly. I added a small load with a couple of fans and a TV, and everything ran flawlessly. I’m confident the initial issue was due to the battery not being fully charged out of the box; after running, it held a charge with no problem. What impressed me most was the cold‑weather performance. The second startup took place after the generator had been sitting in 20‑degree weather for a week, and it still started immediately. My plan is to continue breaking in the unit with gradually increasing loads and perform the first oil change at around five hours of runtime. Fortunately, I didn’t lose power after receiving the generator, so I’ve been able to break it in properly. Overall, this generator has exceeded my expectations so far. Easy setup, reliable performance, and the peace of mind that comes with tri‑fuel capability make it a strong choice for anyone preparing for outages or emergencies.

Strong runner!
This generator arrived in good condition and didn't take much to get up and running. After attaching the wheels and feet, connecting the battery and adding oil and a gallon or so of gasoline I hit the button. The ambient temperature was around 20°F and she started right up! I ran a couple of shop vacs for about 15 minutes with no trouble at all. If this 11.5kW unit is as loud as my old 5kW Powermate, it is only just. It may even be quieter. Just a few concerns: 1) most of the more-difficult-to-reach muffler heat shield bolts were visibly loose. 2) I measured only 12.7V at the battery with the engine running. I'll have to look into whether this is normal. Having an automotive background I would expect closer to 14V. 3) The manual states "when battery power is available...the LED around the engine start/stop button will illuminate solid green." It does not.

Great choice
Great product. Easy to assemble and setup. Heavy, but relatively easy to move around with the folding handle for leverage. Powered everything I needed it to during the last storm. The three fuel options make things convenient.

Great generator - easy setup
Generator was delivered yesterday without my awareness - even though I was at home. After getting a notification that it had been delivered from Amazon, I was surprised to find it sitting on a pallet in the driveway near my garage. I was able to get it assembled by myself and roll it off the pallet. I filled it with the supplied oil, and it started right up using propane. I then rolled it into the garage for storage. The packaging was great as were the provided tools and documentation for assembling and operation. I haven't tried to actually use it to generate power yet, but I'm looking forward to trying the other fuel options and getting a transfer switch installed on my home. This generator replaces a smaller one (5kw/8.5kw) that I gave to a family member that needed it worse that me at the time. This is a solid generator, and I will be recommending it to others.
