I tried to get this from the actual dishwasher manufacturer/supplier but to no avail, hence me getting it from Amazon and I got it quickly too, which was good. The colour is grey, original was white, and the original was also heavier but having said that it works. The layout of the tray Is different too but once used to that it’s okay.

Replaced our old rusted rack with this product. Only disappointment was that the rack arrived in grey, not white as per the picture or like the one it was replacing. Down graded by one star because of this.
