This skin supplement was pretty easy to take and didn’t upset my stomach. I did notice my skin was more hydrated after taking for 2 weeks. It made my skin somewhat “glowy”

This is a good supplement with efficient amounts of the listed ingredients to see an effect. I've noticed my skin slowly getting clearer.The capsule isn't too big, and so I found it easy to swallow. It didn't state whether you take it inside the capsule or open it and take the contents alone. It appeared to be a veggie based capsule coating that should be digestible.I take it after a meal and then drink the recommended ounces of water. I dislike that the instructions say to take it with water. I think the safest practices for any medicine or supplement is with food, since our body will produce the necessary stomach acid to break it down due to the mastication triggers. Just swallowing with water won't do that.

This has been a fantastic addition to my self care routine. It is easy to take and add into your routine. I am hopeful that it will continue to change my skin for the better. I am seeing results already!

This is a great product but has now been it only a few times and now I can’t find it. I noticed a difference in my skin in a few weeks. It made my face smoother and younger looking. I wish they’d bring this back.

These are really easy to take and swallow. They are not too big and there is no after taste. I have been taking one a day and have not seen any improvement or difference in my skin. I don't know how long you need to take these for them to make a difference.

So easy to take. I feel like it is working.
