The Blaux Personal Bidet works fine—until it doesn’t. Mine started randomly turning on and off regardless of which pressure setting I used, even after full charges. Clearly defective. The bigger issue is the complete lack of customer support. I submitted the warranty request five times through their official form, emailed every support address I could find, and attempted live chat four times. I even tried several phone numbers—including one Amazon customer service provided—and none of them worked. Just to see, I left the chat open… and after over two hours, it still said “active” with no response. If it breaks, don’t expect help. You’ll be ignored. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this product until the company proves it stands behind what it sells.

It is an excellent product. I previously bought one and was very satisfied. It lasted over four years and when it stopped, I purchased another one. It works well, has adequate water capacity and recommend to others who may be interested.

Man, I really want to leave a better review, because I really like this brand. What I will say, this newer design seems to hold up better long term attaching the tank to the device, as it no longer utilizes a rubber gasket that ran the risk of coming off without noticing and the most inconvenient times - such as on the go. Hopefully this new design has solved that issue. But the water pressure of this new design is seriously lacking! I compared it to the older model and the high setting is night and day, which is really a bummer. Anyone using a bidet wants that reassuring feeling that things are cleaned! I don’t have full confidence in it just yet and find myself refilling multiple times. It’s possible I got a dud as I have had multiple of the older model and some performed better than others, but at the price point, it really ought to be consistent.

Could use a longer nozzle

This is an excellent option if there's no regular bidet available. What it lacks in water pressure, compared to a household water line, it makes up for with the ability to use warm water. Wouldn't vacation without it.

I bought this because I prefer a bidet, I got one for my toilet during the toilet paper crisis on 2020. I love the one I have so since I was traveling to South Africa for two months I wanted the comfort while I traveled. SInce i prepared ahead of time I bought one to try before we left. This has a strong pressure and seems nice but to be it doesn't clean like it should, it runs water out fast and awkward angle too. I didn't like it and returned it.

My husband has colon cancer so it’s been a rough 2 years. With colon cancer comes bathroom issues so he put bidets on all our toilets. He’s so use to having one it’s hard for him to go anywhere without one until I discovered this. It’s small and portable so it can easily be carried in your pocket. He loves is and it’s been a lifesaver
