UPDATE: The seller contacted me, mentioned the air duster/vacuum was still under warranty (I then read the User Manual and saw the warranty info in it!!), and asked if I'd like a refund or a replacement. As I liked it, I asked for a replacement, and it arrived in a couple of days. I'm impressed they were this proactive, what an honorable company, and they didn't ask me to amend the review, a classy action, but I'm going to, anyway, as I am really pleased with the unit. Here's my new review: I like this little vacuum/duster very, very much, it's useful--grounds from the coffee station, crumbs on couches and carpets, escaped kitty litter, dust bunnies that mysteriously appear, and so on. Much handier and easier than sweeping or hauling out the big vacuum, especially on stairs. I automatically plug it in to recharge after each use, saves making a decision. It hasn't run out of battery on me yet, though the longest I've used it was about 15 minutes. I can't understand the complaints about it being underpowered, I find the suction very strong, much more so than others I've tried. Maybe those folks don't realize it has three settings, one push gentle suction, second a bit more, and the third is strong. It only took a couple of uses before I was in the habit, and didn't have to think about it anymore, of pushing up to turn on, push in on the opposite side for degrees of power. This is one of the best purchases I've made. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Didn't use it until about a couple of weeks ago, had been using a bigger handheld vacuum. Decided I wanted to use it to blow dust out of the corners of the windowsills, and it worked OK, then started using it in the mornings to vacuum up kitty litter the litter rug hadn't trapped, pet hair, scattered cat food, and so on. I liked it until my fifth use when the little flapper came off, I didn't notice that, and it must have been thrown into the trash can with the contents of the mini vacuum. I presume it was sucked inside the vacuum as it wasn't anywhere on the floor. Didn't notice it until my next use, and there was no way I was going outside and climb into the dumpster to start searching for it!

This vacuum is very versatile with all the attachments. Annoyingly it was not available in the UK so had to order from Amazon US. From some of the reviews online I was expecting this to have hurricane force suction. I purchased it to clean dust and crumbs from my work keyboard. It’s suction was adequate for the looser dirt in the keys but it didn’t have enough power for ground in dirt on my keyboard - I needed the supplied brush to agitate first then it was fine. My secondary use case is for cleaning the dash of my car, I suspect with the brush it should be fit for purpose. The crevice attachment will come in handy.

I bought this blower/vac almost a year ago and I love it! Wish I had bought it sooner. I use it all the time for things like: cleaning off dusty areas, cleaning my car, clearing water trapped in kitchen utensils, vacuuming hair after trimming my beard, etc. etc. It has 3-4 power settings and charges quickly and easily. Also, it comes with several attachments in a handy bag, but I stick with only a few. I highly recommend it.

I have to say that I am not a fan of this product. It isn't useless, but it is not what I was expecting. As a handheld, desktop vacuum, it is quite average. The design is not great. The attachment falls out far too easily during non-forceful, light touch vacuuming. If I was pushing hard, then yes, I would expect things to be less effective. The brush attachment pushes down far too easily as well with the same scenario. Light dusting and it pushes far too quickly and easily. The design -should- have been that the little "stoppers" for each section be a tad bit bigger (or deeper) so that it held in place better. As for the blower side, I am very disappointed. It works, but not well. I made the mistake of looking at the seller's description of "13KPA/110000 RPM Air Blower" and in my head, had thought that 1KPA = about 8-10 PSI. At 13KPA, that would be a bit less than a can of compressed air, which should be fine for the use that I wanted it. Turns out my math and brain were not in sync. At best, when this thing is on full blast, it has MAYBE half of the PSI that a typical can of compressed air has. Again, it works, but it is far less effective that I had hoped. Also, the motor heats up very fast. Just 1 minute of continuous use and you best turn it off for 5-10 minutes. It gets hot. This happens with the vacuum and/or the blower. I keep constantly empty the filter (and blow it off) to keep it clean, so the overheating isn't happening due to lack of airflow, it's a design / functionality One plus, it does charge fairly quickly, just a couple of hours with a completely depleted charge, which I have never done. Summary, it is not a horrible product, but it is also not memorable. Depending on your need, your mileage may very.

I own both models and I love them. I specifically bought them because I build and repair computers and I use these things everyday for way more they're just so handy. I started with The model CR2 and the CR2 started giving me issues. When I would go to charge it The green light that was supposed to turn on when when charged wouldn't and the company wouldn't help me diagnose it because I had bought it off of someone and I didn't buy it through them. I probably shouldn't have gotten the CR1 after that ordeal but I did and when I got it i was way impressed it's actually got a charging meter so you know how full your battery is or how soon you are until charged. I feel that it is built better because it doesn't have the stupid rotating handle like the CR2 does and that makes The CR2 feel cheap and the CR-1 came with way more attachments for it I couldn't believe it and on the website they are priced exactly so if anyone is not sure the CR1 is the model to pick. The CR2 is a nice vacuum / blower but there are things that it doesn't have that the CR1 does.

Ich habe das Gerät im Januar gekauft und seither regelmäßig im Einsatz. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Kombination aus Saugen und Blasen – so kann man schnell den Computer, 3D-Drucker oder auch kleine Ecken von Staub befreien. Der Luftdruck ist für so ein kompaktes Gerät erstaunlich kräftig. Auch als kleiner Handsauger taugt er gut, wenn man mal eben Krümel oder Staub wegbekommen möchte. Verarbeitung wirkt solide, Akku hält ausreichend lange für meine Einsätze. Ich bin mit dem Gerät rundum zufrieden.

Works great for such a convenient design. Suction is pretty decent for most surfaces as long as it's not heavy cleaning, battery can last fairly long and charges quickly. The filters can be a bit hard to clean without in the corners but I suppose thats what some of the tools are for.
