The color was perfect!!! I would say this hat is for a small toddler/baby. My son is 1.5 and the hat was unfortunately too small for my liking, but not the company's fault.

I bought this for my 5 year old grandson. His favorite color is blue and he loves Carhartt, a wonderful, win!! The material is soft and easily stretched to fit snuggly to keep him warm.
