I purchased a firm ergonomic pillow for neck relief as a back sleeper but found it to be too firm for the back of my head and uncomfortable. This thin soft pillow, placed on top of it inside the pillowcase worked out perfectly. It didn't raise my head height all that much but transformed the comfort. If you're having a similar comfort issue as me this could be your solution.

It is nice and soft. My cats love it. This photo is just over an hour after I put it on the cat temple I made. I plan to but another cushion.

This is a thin foam pillow. It might be 1” thick, maybe. The problem with it for my use case is that I was expecting it to be medium-firm, like on a scale from 1 (super-soft) to 5 (super-firm, like my Purple pillow) I was expecting a 4. This is not remotely that firm. It’s a 1. This is very soft. How the blue one could be softer than this white one, I cannot imagine. If what you’re looking for is a thin, soft foam pillow, you have found it. Solid seller, good customer service.

I purchased the LOFE Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow hoping for customizable comfort, but it fell short of expectations. Even with the adjustable feature, the pillow remained too low, offering minimal support—it felt almost like sleeping without a pillow. While the memory foam itself is soft and the cover feels nice, the lack of adequate height made it unsuitable for me, especially for proper neck and back alignment. I ordered two of these to put under my wing back cushions as they were starting to sink in the back. Worked great no more sagging. I then ordered one more for just a small lift under my pillow worked like magic!

I could never find a flat pillow before, even the ones that stated they were flat were not… This pillow is definitely flat and I use it every night!

As described, I inserted in pillow case to increase height of pillow.
