I had a surgery and my doctor recommended something like this to reopen or expand internally, unfortunately I returned bc it wasn’t what I expected they were bigger than I was expecting but well made for who would want to use it

I tired to do return after the 2nd after delivery and it says it is too late. Not what I was expecting and the packaging is not opened. I feel like it is a scam with not being able to return when the package hasn't been opened. By the looks...this is not for any beginner.
