Do the stools tip over easy seems like they are very light and could tip?

Yes it can tip if hit hard, once you're on it it's fine and may slightly wobble, but for the money I am satisfied. I weight about 125 lbs and it's good for me. Not super sturdy like at a real "restaurant/bar", but for the money I like it. I also like that it is adjustable to your counter height. I hope this helps.

How can I replace the broken rubber ring on the base?
